1. Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions "we" and "us" mean World of Bikes (UK) Ltd, and "you" means you the customer. These terms and conditions together with your Order Confirmation constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of products. The Contract cannot be varied unless both parties agree.
2. Placing Your Order
2.1 To place an Order you must be 18 years of age or over provide a UK Landline and mobile telephone number, together with a full UK postal address..
2.2 You may place an order by selecting your goods from our online store and making payment by the methods shown in the payment page.
All credit card payments must pass all of the security checks. We will not accept your order or dispatch goods if the security criteria are not met.
2.3 When you place your order online, we will send a confirmation mail. Please retain this for your records.
2.4 By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.
2.5 If we cannot accept your order we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone or post.
2.6 Whilst we will make every effort to supply you with the Products listed on the Order Confirmation, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply these products because, for example, (i) such Products are no longer being manufactured or available or (iii) if there was a pricing error on the website. In such circumstances we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative products that you might wish to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions then we will cancel your order in relation to those products we cannot supply and repay you any money that you may have paid to us in respect of those products.
3. Prices
3.1 The price for the Products will be the price indicated on your confirmation. VAT is included in the final price where applicable. Currently VAT is not charged on motorcycle helmets.
3.2 Delivery costs are included when a product(s) is purchased from our website. Telephone orders may not include delivery charges. Our preferred shipment method is by UK Mail. Other methods are used at our discretion or charged at extra cost if specified by the customer.
4. Paying for Your Products
4.1 You may pay for your Products by the methods of payment displayed on the payment page of the World of Bikes (UK) Ltd. website. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment.
4.2 The currency we except is UK sterling (GBP).
4.3 If you are paying by credit card, then you must supply your credit card details when you place your Order. Your credit card will be charged when we issue your confirmation. We will not ship your products until your credit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment. If we do not receive such authorisation we shall let you know. Your credit card billing address must be in the mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
4.4 If you are paying by Paypal, we will ship your order once the payment has cleared. If we do not receive payment in cleared funds within 30 days after the date of your order then your order will be cancelled.
5. Delivery of Your Products
5.1 Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside the mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. Orders and deliveries will not be possible for residents in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight.
5.2 Subject to clause 6.1 we will deliver your products to the delivery address as shown on your order providing this is the same as the billing address for your credit card as indicated on your order.
5.3 All products ordered from our website will be supplied to you within 30 days of your order.
6. Your Right to Return the Products or Cancel and to Receive a Refund
6.1 If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a full refund. You have 7 working days after receiving the goods to cancel and return the items.
To do this please write or email us, together with a brief explanation.
If you choose to cancel within 7 days, you must return the goods at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are packed correctly and sent by a safe & secure method.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us we will charge you in part or full for the damage or deterioration.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example if the goods are faulty or sent in error.
6.2 A. If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty and you believe that you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, please telephone us on 01536 206279 between 9:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
B. If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them you may return the product(s) to us for a refund, provided:
i) You inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within 7 working days of delivery of the product and
ii) The Product(s) are returned in their original condition and the security seals on the product(s) are intact; and
iii) The product is unused.
Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure.

8. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under the Contract. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
