Just thought i would drop you a line and thank you for the way i was treated at your dealership today, it was a very good experiance.
I was not convinced the bike was not going to be as good as you described having been let down by a few dealers not quit grasping what "excellent condition" means.
However the bike exceeded even my expectations, it was a round trip of 160 miles today for me and thankfully it was well worth it.
I can't wait to take the bike for a spin.

Hi,
Just a quick note, mainly to thank you for the standard of your service. I was a little wary of purchasing the bike unseen from your web site, but your offer of a refundable deposit and delivery reassured me, and I am very pleased with the machine - it looks good and runs really well. Your delivery driver (sorry, I've forgotten his name) had clearly had a long and frustrating day, but he was cheerful and helpful showing me over the machine, not even showing surprise when I asked him how to start it (you had to kick them last time I had a bike). An excellent service, so thank you.
One thing you might consider - and this is not a complaint, just a suggestion - would be to send a feedback email / web form (or even a piece of paper) to get feedback from each customer a few days after a sale, to find out his perception of what was good and not so good.
The bike will soon be due its 4000 mile service: please can you let me know roughly the costs involved?

I am just sending you this email to thank you and all of your team for the absolutely fantastic service that I received in the purchase of my new bike and clothing. Your staff are so helpful and actually care what you want and are looking for not what they think you should be looking for. Your mechanics were brilliant and the attention to detail was fantastic. When my bike arrived it looked amazing all clean and shiny and delivered on time by martin who showed me levels etc..
I am sending a few of my friends your way in the next few weeks on personal recommendation from me.
I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done and I will be getting all future bikes and accessories from world of bikes.
